“Fear Factor Live” was a live, interactive stunt show based on NBC’s hit reality series Fear Factor, which debuted on April 22, 2005, at Universal Studios Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood. It marked the first time a reality‐TV format was converted into a permanent theme‑park attraction, integrating NBC content directly into Universal’s parks.
