I wrote this song from 2 Inspiration poems I have at the beginning of my meditation videos. The meaning was inspired by the lessons my grandmother taught me, when I was young. Respect :)

The Strong protect the Meek,
Not because they are weak,
But because they are
what makes the Protecting
worth Standing for.

For they are the Heart and Soul
of any people,
the source of the future unborn,
the Jewel in its crown.
It's Voice and Hands
that brings growth across the lands

The Jewel defined by ancient times,
We stand upon the shoulders
of our Ancestors,

We are their Voice and their Hands
and in time there will be those
that stand on our shoulders,
and reach for a future, set by the meek.

For they are the Heart and Soul
