In this video I'm sharing with you my authentic Chinese style hot and sour soup.
This recipe is one of the tastiest, yet it's super easy to make.

Ingredients:
6 oz medium tofu
4 oz bamboo shoots
3 oz carrots
3 oz wood ear fungus
4 oz Shitake mushrooms
2 eggs
2 qts soup stock
8 oz pork loin

Seasoning:
2 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp salt (to taste)
1 tbsp sugar (to taste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup white vinegar

Marinade:
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Garnish:
1 thumb-sized ginger
2 stalks scallion
Chili oil
