Описание: Hi everyone! I'm in the fantastic Ceviche Old St. restaurant in London with the "King of Ceviche", Martin Morales! Martin is showing me a great ceviche from his book, the dish is called "Barranco, I Love You"; a sea bass & green mango 'tiradito'.

Barranco is an exciting district of Lima in Peru, filled with restaurants and bars where musicians, poets, writers and artists love to come. Martin named this recipe after this district because he had Barranco's vibrant spirit in mind when creating his restaurant in London.

Thank you so much for teaching me how to make a traditional Peruvian ceviche, Martin! We had a great time together and I would love to come back (or maybe go to Peru with you) soon!
