While scrolling through Facebook Marketplace recently, I came across a full set of BBS forged wheels for $300. These wheels were a factory upgrade option from BBS Japan for the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX STI. These wheels had quite a bit of road rash and curbing from over 10 years of use and abuse. I spent the entire day on a Saturday resurfacing the lips, sanding, prepping and painting these wheels. Now, they look almost brand new for their age.
I'm also running my first set of true summer tires. Kuhmo Ecsta PS91 tires sized at 245/40/18 I will be making a future video about these tires as I have had more time to run them and feel the difference between 440 treadwear now to 260 treadwear.
