📍 Located in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, The Alpine Wurst & Meat House has been crafting premium German meats and sausages since 1977. Using traditional German recipes, The Alpine processes fresh classics like bratwurst, knockwurst, and weisswurst from scratch.
Hiperbaric visited The Alpine's production facility to speak with owners, Mark and Gretchen Eifert. The Eifert's explained how HPP technology has increased their shelf life without the need of preservatives, allowing them to maintain their traditional recipes with a clean label.
