In this video I take you guys with me to Mariano's to show you how I grocery shop. This grocery haul is a long one, so sorry for those who like shorter videos! I'll make shorter ones next time.
But I really wanted to show you guys how I buy groceries on a budget. Buying veggies and fruit that are in season, buying store brand versus name brand, and yes....sometimes I buy conventional produce and meat instead of organic or grass-fed!
I am by no means perfect. So if you can afford to buy organic and grass-fed, do it. But sometimes grocery shopping on a budget means you can't.
