Cities generate large amounts of healthcare data, but it remains fragmented across hospitals, clinics, and government programs. This results in delayed disease detection, lack of real-time infrastructure visibility, limited citizen access to digital health services, and inefficient public health planning.
To solve these challenges, Team RUDRAKSH proposes a centralized digital public health ecosystem that connects citizens, hospitals, and municipal authorities through a unified platform.
The system introduces a Unique Health ID (ABHA/Aadhaar-compatible) for every citizen, allowing hospitals to digitally update OPD details, prescriptions, diagnostics, admissions, ICU information, and treatment history. All records are stored in a secure centralized database, enabling citizens to access their complete medical history anytime while providing authorities with accurate city-wide insights.
The platform includes:
• Citizen portal to view health records, vaccination alerts, and nearby hospital services
• Map-based hospital discovery showing doctors, timings, services, and bed availability no
• Hospital dashboard for patient registration, treatment updates, and infrastructure monitoring
• SMC dashboard for city-wide analytics, infrastructure tracking, and emergency planning
• Notification system for vaccination reminders, outbreak alerts, and public health advisories
The solution integrates AI and advanced analytics to detect disease trends, identify high-risk zones, predict outbreaks, and forecast hospital resource demand. This enables hospitals to prepare for patient surges and helps municipal authorities shift from reactive to predictive healthcare governance.
