Oro Solido performs live at Grand Performances in Los Angeles

Описание: On Saturday, August 23, 2025, for our season finale, Grand Performances, ZZ Records, and mister psychedelia presented Oro Solido.

Formed in 1994 by Dominican-American musician Raul Acosta, Oro Sólido quickly rose to fame in the Latin music world with its infectious merengue hits. Known for tracks like “La Tanguita Roja,” “Maria se Fue,” and “Una Nalgadita,” the group became a global sensation, breaking into English-language media and radio—a rare feat for merengue at the time.
