Описание: Want to learn how to evaluate and buy green coffee? This series of videos on Green Coffee is just for you. Follow along as we order up a sample, evaluate it and decide whether or not to buy it!

So far we've selected and ordered a green coffee sample from the coffee importer, Genuine Origin. The coffee we're evaluating is a Thermic Processed coffee by Luis Campos of Cordillera del Fuego in Costa Rica. In the previous videos we sorted the defects, measured moisture content and roasted a sample of the coffee.

In this video, we're getting ready to cup the coffee but first we need to make sure that we understand how to use the Specialty Coffee Association's Cupping Form. If you're not familiar with this form, it is the generally accepted method of evaluating the characteristics of specialty coffee. There are ten sections for evaluation and we're going to go through each of them. Check it out!
