Mordheim Battle Report - Undead vs Dwarf Rangers

Описание: It has been a long time since I've done any Mordheim, but a local-ish game store (Game Kastle in Sacramento, California) has been hosting a Mordheim campaign for the last few months and last week I was able to go down and check it out.

Not only that, I was able to get in a quick game versus a very nicely painted Dwarf Rangers warband with my never-before-used Undead. The Dwarfs are 3d resin prints and have a whole backstory of being Norse Dwarfs driven by the Troll Slayers and a great tragedy in the past. My Undead are my typical mix of middlehammer models led by Erich Draven the Vampire, who believes he has been returned to a form of life by the god Morr to exact revenge on those who wronged him.

As we only had about an hour to play before the store closes, it was very convenient that we rolled up the Street Fight scenario. So the Angels of Morr Undead warband are attempting to barge their way in to the ruins of Mordheim, but find their way blocked by the well-established Dwarf Rangers.

I'm not sure if I can commit to playing more frequently in the campaign, but the game was a lot of fun and really helped remind me why this was such a great game.
