Jaipur witnessed a massive crackdown on illegal colonies as the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) enforcement team carried out a major anti-encroachment drive under the leadership of DIG Rahul Kotoki. The operation targeted illegally developed colonies spread across nearly 147 bighas of land in multiple areas of Jaipur. DIG Rahul Kotoki personally reached the spot and supervised the demolition, sending a strong message against illegal land development.

The JDA bulldozers demolished unauthorized constructions in areas including Delhi Road, Agra Road, Kalwar Road, Renwal Road, Phagi Road, and other surrounding regions. Illegal colonies were found developing on large tracts of land such as 13 bighas in Kalwar, 20 bighas in Daulatpura, 5 bighas in Sigwana, 5 bighas in Jaisinghpura Khor, 10 bighas behind Mittal College, 1 bigha in Gujaratiyon Ki Dhani, 10 bighas on Sanwariya Road, 40 bighas in Kalwar Mundota, 16 bighas on Renwal Road, and 20 bighas in village Pawaliya.

JDA’s yellow bulldozer action demolished boundary walls, roads, and structures built for illegal colonies. Authorities reiterated that strict action will continue against land mafia and illegal colonization in Jaipur. This large-scale action highlights the administration’s zero-tolerance policy towards unauthorized construction and aims to protect planned urban development in Rajasthan’s capital city.
