Rabdi is a thick , creamy , smooth dessert recipe which is traditionally made by boiling milk for long hours. Sugar / condensed milk / jaggery are added along with spices to flavour this dessert. Rabdi in Maharashtra is also called Basundi which is slightly of thin consistency as compared to rabdi but the process of making it is same as Rabdi. In this video im sharing and instant rabdi recipe which will be ready in 15 mins . It will taste as good as the one made traditionally and is a quick dessert recipe. I have served this rabdi with malpuas and it tastes fabulous. Do watch the video for all the details.

Ingredients for rabdi
Boiled / unboiled milk : 1.5 cups
milk powder : 1/3 cup
saffron : 1 pinch
salt : 1 pinch
sugar : 1/2 cup
cardamom : 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits : 1/4 cup ( some of it is used for garnishing too )
rose petals for garnishing
