Shenmue's opening scene in Japanese with cinema like picture and sound in true 1080p.
This was captured from nullDC running at 2104x1184 with SweetFX vibrance reduction and film grain enhancements and then cropped to 1080p in order to reduce the visible clipping at the sides of the screen. This time the cutout placement was readjusted for almost all camera angles to reduce the clipping even further and to better fit things into frame. The last scene is adjusted aswell this time so it fills the screen. I hestitated doing this in the English version but it turns out to work better then I thought.
Then the sound from the Japanese retail Shenmue The Movie DVD was synced to the video in order to get higher quality voices and better sound mixing.
