Harmony Retro Cake {Tarta de crepes - Crepes cake}

Описание: Me creéis si os digo que desde el primer segundo que vi esta tarta, me enamoré. Fue un flechazo muy intenso, me pareció absolutamente preciosa, original y creativa. Esta tarta, a la que he decidido llamar Harmony Retro Cake, se la vi a una chica, @leckereminute , en su canal de Youtube.

He modificado mucho la receta, aunque la idea de elaboración y creatividad, se la vi a ella. Se trata de una tarta elaborada con crepes de cacao, un relleno de queso mascarpone, yogur y nata con frutas en almíbar (melocotón y cerezas). La decoración exterior es una cobertura de chocolate, merengue italiano, nibs de cacao caramelizados y una cereza de marrasquino.

La tarta toma su nombre gracias al arte y filosofía de vida del artista Friedensreich Hundertwasser. En mi web os hablo más detalladamente sobre esto si os interesa.

I have modified the recipe a lot, although the idea of elaboration and creativity, I saw it to her.
