My Mom Friend says: don’t toss the prenatal just yet!
At the very least, you should continue taking your prenatal or a postnatal multivitamin for 6-8 weeks postpartum. If you’re breastfeeding, you’ll want to also supplement extra choline, omega 3s, and consider where your baby will get their Vit D from (breastmilk alone is not usually sufficient for this one!). I also cover a tiny bit about encapsulated placenta and some optional supplements if you’re feeling extra crunchy.
