Elevate your burgers to the next level with a stuffed burger. We built Pimento & Cheese Stuffed Burgers using burger stuffing tool from www.Stuffedgrill.com. It's relatively easy to use and adds a fun new twist to a plane ole' burger. To assemble the burger press approx. 6-8 oz of ground beef in the tray to create the pocket. Fill the burger with your choice of stuffing to the top of the ridge formed in the pressing. Next take approx. 2-3 oz of ground beed and patty out the "lid" of the stuffed burger and press. once formed cook until done and enjoy.
We grilled the stuffed burgers on a 22in Weber Kettle grill but I've experimented pan frying as well.
