Afghan refugees in India have been protesting against the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Delhi. The UN agency facilitates in providing aid and protecting refugees and also assists in their resettlement to a third country. The Afghans living in India complain of having no jobs, no place to live and say that they don't even have access to educational institutes. Small kids and children couldn't attend schools, colleges and with no job and income, the families are left to live a miserable quality life. They staged protest demanding the UNHCR to take action to provide some sort of relief to them. Some also demanded themselves to be shifted to western countries like US and Canada. Listen in.
