Next comes the gel preparation stage, the core step determining the shape of konjac jelly balls. The powder is poured into a mixing tank for gelation, followed by heating and cooling for later use.
The gel is then transferred to a forming machine, where it is extruded into jelly balls of various shapes and sizes.
Cooling and setting: The formed products are placed in calcium solution to achieve final shape stabilization.
Filling and packaging: The jelly balls are mixed with syrup in a fixed ratio and then packaged.
The packaged jelly balls undergo post-process water bath sterilization.
The final stage of the production line involves air-drying and secondary packaging.
