Here’s the deal: fluoride can help prevent cavities by strengthening enamel, especially in adults where the risks are pretty low. However, when it comes to kids, I’m much more cautious.
Unless there’s a severe case of decay, I prefer to keep things fluoride-free for the little ones. 👶🪥
