It’s clear Disney’s new changes to the live-action Snow White production are so they can avoid “another box office disaster”, says Sky News host Rita Panahi.
After much mockery, this week Disney not only announced the release date of Snow White would be delayed by at least a year, but it also appears to be reinstating the dwarfs which were originally scrapped for diverse "magical creatures".
Ms Panahi said while the studio claims the writers' strike is behind the delay, those in the know say “that's not the case”.
“You see, audiences don't want lame, woke movies pushing leftist ideology – that's obvious,” Ms Panahi said.
“Let's see if this Snow White re-think is going to be a trend in their other productions.”
