🧺 Oatmeal Ingredients:
• Oats
• Milk (or water)
• 1 banana
• Strawberries
• Almonds
• Chia seeds
• Honey
👩🍳 Recipe:
1. Add oats and milk (or water) to a pot.
2. Cook on low heat, stirring until the oats become soft and creamy.
3. Slice one banana and chop some strawberries.
4. Add the fruits to the oatmeal.
5. Top with almonds and chia seeds.
6. Drizzle with honey.
7. Mix gently and enjoy 🤍
🧺 Cookies Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup butter
• 1½ cups (or more) chocolate chips
👩🍳 Recipe:
1. Mix the butter and brown sugar well.
2. Add the eggs and mix until combined.
3. Add the flour and baking powder, then mix gently.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Shape the dough and place on a baking tray.
6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes.
7. Let them cool slightly and enjoy 🤍🍪

• Fish
• Potatoes
• Sweet potatoes
• Broccoli
• Tomatoes
• Bell peppers
• Green chili
• Garlic
🧂 Seasonings:
• Salt
• Turmeric
• Fish seasoning
• Garlic powder
• Paprika
• Red chili powder
🧈 Others:
• Butter
• A little oil
🐟 Simple & Healthy Fish with Vegetables
👩🍳 Recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Peel and chop the potatoes and sweet potatoes.
3. Cut the broccoli, tomatoes, bell peppers, green chili, and garlic.
4. Place all the vegetables in a baking tray.
5. Add a little oil and small pieces of butter.
6. Season with salt, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, and red chili powder.
7. Mix everything well.
8. Place the fish on top of the vegetables.
9. Season the fish with fish seasoning, salt, turmeric, paprika, and garlic powder.
10. Add a little butter on top of the fish.
11. Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes until the fish and vegetables are fully cooked.
12. Remove the foil for the last 5–10 minutes if you want a light golden color.
