A coach is somebody who is focused on providing tips, tricks, and tools to help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve goals with a focus on their performance and helping guide them through where they are now, where they want to go and how they're going to get there. Really helping people understand how best to use the Scrum framework.

The coach is very focused on goals and how they can work with those individuals, those teams, and those organizations to achieve those goals. A coach really sits down with you and says, where are you right now? Where do you want to go?

And how are we going to get you there? And when it comes to Scrum, we're taking a look at where are they right now in practicing and executing good Scrum, and how are we going to help them do better Scrum? And where do we actually want to see them go in their Scrum journey?
