I didn’t even know half the tracks he was playing and it didn’t matter.
The whole place just felt like it was moving together.

Then I saw him again at Space.
Same feeling.
A journey thought music.
Just steady control of energy that slowly pulls you deeper until you realize you’ve been dancing for hours.

I resonante deeply with the way he mixes and how the journey brings out so much emotion.

I’ve also been lucky enough to stand directly behind Shimza while he was mixing once, watching how he much of his own energy he puts into his mixing.

This set came from all of that.
