Recipe
1 box Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pecans divided
1 can mandarin oranges undrained
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box 3.4 ounces vanilla pudding
1 tsp orange extract
1 cup thawed whipped topping
Bake Cakes 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes

Grease 2 8 inch cake pans with shortening or cooking spray.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, walnuts, orange segments, reserved ½ cup orange liquid and eggs with electric mixer on low
