Ketch over 11 meters in length, the Nicholson 39 replaced the 38 feet produced by Camper & Nicholson. The idea was to offer a comfortable and safe boat, without seeking fast performance at all costs. Compared to 38 feet, the sail area of this fiberglass hull has been increased by 25 percent and a large deck space has been created in the forward section for maneuvering.
Below deck, the forward cabin offers two "V" beds and is connected to a hallway with a spacious bathroom and a wardrobe. The saloon is made up of a comfortable room, with an L-shaped sofa. Aft is the well-equipped galley and three berths. This sleeping area has also a bathroom with shower.
