On 16th February 2018, the E-Cell of @gla-university organized the E-Conclave where Rishabh Seen became the Youngest and First Sitar player & Indian Classical Musician ever to headline the event. Rishabh Seen performed a dual set in which he presented the traditional Sitar Vadan in Raga Yaman Kalyan for the young audiences for them to experience, feel & develop a connection to Bharat's own traditional music & sound through Bharatiya Shastriya Sangeet. Tabla Accompaniment by @mohandeepbawra.
In the second half Rishabh presented a SITAR METAL set with songs from his first album Mute The Saint & unreleased songs from the upcoming album Sitar Metal for the audiences to experience the sheer Shakti of Bharatiya Shastriya Sangeet & Heavy Metal coming together, resulting in a one of a kind third-eye opening experience.
👑 राम 🏹 Creating history many fronts, Rishabh Seen (@rishabhseen on social media) is a Bharatiya Shastriya Sitar Vadaka from Punjab, Bharat. He is the son of the iconic Sitar Maestro Pt. Manu Kumar Seen & the Grandson of Legendary Tabla maestro Sangeetacharya Pt. Lachhman Singh Seen. Rishabh Seen hails from the prominent 'Seen' family of Punjab which is the only family in Punjab with a continued line of 3 generations of Bharatiya Shastriya Vādakas (Indian Classical Instrumentalists) who were all born & are based in Punjab, with Rishabh Seen being the 3rd Generation. The 'Seen' family is revered & respected for their generational contributions in preserving & propagating Bharatiya Shastriya Sangeet & Vadya sangeet in Punjab.
In 2008, at age 12 Rishabh Seen became the First & Youngest Punjab based Sitar Player in the history to Win the Junior category of the prestigious Harivalbabh Music Competition.
in 2015, at age 19 Rishabh Seen also became the First & Youngest Punjab based Sitar Player to win the Senior category of the prestigious Harivalbabh Music Competition.
At the age of 15, in 2012 Sitarist Rishabh Seen toured Japan with his sister SurPriya Seen where both presented Indian Classical Sitar-Santoor Duo concerts under the banner of Swar-Sangam concert series. The Duo presented 10 Concerts in 30 Days centered around the Gifu Province of Japan.
In 2015, at the age of 19 Sitar Player Rishabh Seen started a historic sonic revolution in the world of music by laying the foundation of his instrumental band SITAR METAL @sitarmetal which would eventually become a one-of-a-kind Globally recognised Musical phenomenon.
In 2015, Rishabh Seen became the First Sitar Player & the only Indian Classical Musician to be included in the list of 'Top 10 Young Entrepreneurs' of 2015' by ScoopWhoop.
The trend of the iconic blue-colored traditional Sitar was started by Sitarist Rishabh Seen in 2016. During a time when only travel/electric Sitars had different colors, traditional sitars were only limited to black and shades of brown. Rishabh Seen changed that by being the first Sitar player to bring new colors to the traditional Sitar.

In 2017 at age 21, Rishabh Seen was handpicked by Legendary singer Arijit Singh to tour with Arijit Singh & World Musicians across Bharat, Qatar, Dubai, U.K. & Europe, U.S.A., Canada & South Africa. Rishabh Seen became the youngest musician in the Arijit Singh & World Musicians group. A young Sitar Vādaka from Jalandhar Punjab, Rishabh Seen was playing Sitar in arenas & Stadiums with Arijit Singh all across the world at the age of 21.
Sitar Player Rishabh Seen created History by becoming the Youngest Sitar player in the history to be featured on Cover of Rolling Stone India at the age of 22, in April 2018.In April 2018, Sitar Player & Indian Classical Musician Rishabh Seen became the World's youngest Sitar player in the history to be featured on the cover of a Rolling Stone Magazine, the Rolling Stone India @rollingstonein at the age of 21.
In 2021, age the age of 24 Sitar Player Rishabh Seen became the youngest Sitar player ever to be Included in the special Mentions list of Forbes India 30 Under 30 List.
Rishabh Seen is the World's First & Youngest Sitar Player in the history to be featured in Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 (2021) at age 24 as the founder of his band SITAR METAL.
