Nobody thinks Taco Bell is good for you, but not many people actually stop and look through the list of ingredients in their Beefy-5 Layer Burrito. Out of curiosity, I investigated nine of the biggest fast food chains in America to see how high those ingredient counts actually were.
As a disclaimer for you strange fast food defenders, I know that many ingredients in long lists are often spices and seasonings. However, that shouldn't take away from the shock factor of some of these numbers; A Dunkin' Doughnut has THIRTY preservatives... 30! This video serves as an attempt at raising some level of awareness of that: not demonizing the food entirely. Enjoy your Chick-Fil-A and Taco Bell in moderation!
