In this session, I walk you through why so many women chase symptoms (a tight hamstring, a cranky neck, a stubborn back) instead of looking at the movement pattern that creates the tension in the first place. When you understand fascia as a continuous fabric—not isolated parts—the body starts to make a lot more sense.
You’ll learn:
✨ Why pain often comes from patterns, not the place you feel it
✨ How fascia connects the neck, ribs, spine, hips, and hamstrings
✨ Why tight hamstrings rarely start as a hamstring problem
✨ How to assess your own structure before trying to fix anything
✨ Why effort and force don’t create nervous-system change
✨ How slower, multidirectional movement rehydrates fascia
✨ Why meaningful change requires sequence, not intensity
This class follows the core framework of The Zinn Method:
MAP → RELEASE → ACTIVATE
• MAP: self-assessment to understand what’s actually tight and why
• RELEASE: gentle fascia opening through breath, rotation, and positional work
• ACTIVATE: stabilizing new space so mobility becomes usable and lasting
You’ll experience mapping, breath work, cat–cow segmentation, posterior-chain fascia opening, rotational lunges, reassessment, and core activation—all designed to show you how quickly the body shifts when you stop chasing pain and start listening to patterns.
