Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Half lemon juice
Onion – 1 small (chopped)
Tomato–onion puree
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 2
Oil – as required
Salt – as per taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
Marinate the chicken and rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the gravy with whole spices, onion, ginger garlic paste, and tomato puree.
Add spices and cook until oil separates.
Add chicken, water, cover, and cook until the chicken is soft and flavorful.
Finish with fresh coriander leaves and cook for a few more minutes.
