Описание: The India Justice Report ( IJR) 2025 is the outcome of a keen collaboration between the independent IJR collective and several external advisors, guides and supporters. IJR's financial supporters' continuing trust has enabled them to continue their work, helping them to grow into newer dimensions, such as the forthcoming reports on budgets for justice, consumer commissions, and juvenile justice. In its journey of half a decade, there are those who are no longer it's active supporters but who had belief in their idea of assessing the capacity of the justice system as a whole.
This endeavor is expected in the environment to consider a fundamental question: how can a system designed to deliver a specific quality standards hope to achieve them when essential officially recognized building blocks remain absent? This gap between aspiration and implementation- remains an oversight and a profound failure, one so critical that the IJR partners cannot in good conscience continue to ignore it.
