Aisha RadiAllah Anha stated that I asked Rasoolullah Sallal laahoo alaihi wa alihi wassallam, “If I find Lailatul Qadar then what should I do? He (peace be upon him) said, recite this Dua.
”O Allah! You are All-Forgiving and You love forgiveness, so FORGIVE me”
أَللّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ العَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنّيْ
Allaahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibb al-‘afwa fa’fu ‘anni
Make this dua as much as you can during Laylatul qadr (The night of decree) in Ramadan.
