This Minardi 198 Chassis 01 is for sale for the first time to the open market. The car is presented with all the necessary equipment to run the car including laptop etc.

Since the car last ran at Spa during the 2019 Grand Prix weekend, the car has undergone a full inspection with the car being stripped back to a chassis and meticulously rebuilt. Wishbones, Rockers and other potential failure points have all been crack tested and are ready to run at the time of sale. The gearbox has had a full strip, inspection and worn components replaced.The period V10 has been run at reduced revs to prolong life and extend the cars useability and hydraulic and AVS systems are all in full working order and have been serviced ready to run. We would recommend the car moves to an electric off-board starter over the original air start that the car has currently. This is something that can be offered with the sale of the car.

If required support for the running of the car can be provided at any events moving forward, and with the recent upturn in private ownership of V10 era F1 cars, there are more and more opportunities to run these cars in anger.
