Mermaid Infinity Flip on aerial silks

This one is best done on stretchy silks. If you use non stretchy silks, you will most likely have to use your hands to get all the way through (like I do here) and it will get caught on your hips.
Some TIPS:.
⭐When you invert, hook the silk in each knee pit. Make a "J" with the silks so you can grab the silks with the back of your knee.
⭐When you walk up to seated, immediately wrap the silk tails with your feet in a basic wrap and grab them with your hands. Otherwise you will lost height.
⭐ Cross the silks in the front, then the back, then wrap the silk tails ALL the way down your leg. There should be no silk tail left....otherwise they will get caught in the silk poles as you try to rotate .
⭐ Dont worry about keeping track how many rotations you do. The rotation just spins the silk pole.
⭐ You can go forwards or backwards, doesnt matter!
⭐ stretchy silks will allow you to do these flips with no hands. Non stretch you will have to assist with your hands in getting around.
