Описание: Despite progress, Viet Nam continues to face challenges in saving mothers’ lives. Many mothers are not receiving the nutrition services they need for their survival and the well-being of themselves and their newborns. UNICEF supports partners to improve the quality of maternal care before, during and after childbirth. We support the government to reach women with nutrition advice and care practices. This includes working with partners to scale up effective and low-cost solutions, such as the village-based midwives who are saving mothers’ and babies’ lives in Viet Nam’s most remote areas.
