First 4 Kickboxing Drills to Start 2021 Off With

Описание: We made it through 2020! Now it's time to kickstart the new year with some kickboxing. In this video Coach JD Olsen shows the Martial Arts Unlimited Association's first four Kickboxing 4 count drills. Also included in this video is a hybrid of the four counts that you can use to spice it up and make the drills a bit more fun. Closing out the video, Coach JD does a simple workout that anyone can use. Enjoy the video.
