Jeff Brazier tried to figure out the answers to those questions while helping sons Bobby and Freddie to cope with the loss of their mum, Jade Goody, who died in March 2009 after being diagnosed with cervical cancer.
Jeff joined Andrea, Stacey, Janet and Judi to explain why he wants to help others, especially men, cope with grief and is working with charities like The Good Grief Trust and StrongMen to support those who are grieving.
