O mind, beware the seeds you sow,
For what you plant is what will grow.
In speech, in deed, in silent prayer,
The world reflects the seeds we bear.
Yet kindness waits, a gentler seed,
To heal the wounds of human need.
Compassion blooms where hatred dies,
A brighter dawn in weary skies.
So guard your thoughts, your words, your hands,
They shape the earth, they mark the lands.
The fiercest beast is not outside—
It lives within, where we must guide.
