Taste is an acquired thing and will vary from one person to another... from my personal opinion for this Pipa duck is..... yes, tasty, tender on the inside and crispy on the outer skin. Not too salty, no gamey flavor and dipping sauce with their home-made hoisin sauce compliments pipa duck very well.
From observation I believe their duck sales turnover could be quite a volume, this will sealed the fact that their pipa duck's taste is acceptable by the masses.
Service is fast & friendly. Pricing is generally reasonable maybe due to their economy of scale volume. Parking is not an issue as this foodcourt sits on a large piece of land.
On my next visit I will try other stalls here and also take more time to do recording. As this trip it was dashing in for 15 minutes and off I went out.....
