SI4844 ARDUINO LIBRARY - LGT8F328 AND LCD16X02 SETUP

Tests were conducted with two devices, the SI4844A and SI4844B, as well as two microcontrollers: the #ATMega328 (Standalone) and the #LGT8F328.
