These have to be set up this way and done the right way. We do not use the Estate EIN to open up any accounts or the 98 or 99 number. We get the Estate EIN to declare our fictional person dead. The 98 or 99 number is used as a passthrough account or holding account. You transfer your assets to your Estate. We also use the 98 or 99 number against the IRS when we are doing a draw against the account.

The Individual Banker Private Bank (Estate & Trust) EIN we use in place of the social security number on any new contract. Why so that we cannot be taxed as the number is set up non profit. We also use the Individual Banker (Private Bank Estate & Trust) as the fiduciary over the Estate and the Foreign Grantor Trust.
