Here's a beta comparison for the climb featured in my last animated video.
On the first attempt, I felt I wisely applied strength and technique, but when reviewing the video and reattempting the climb I found a few key ways to climb with much more efficiency and control. This process of repeating sends near your limit can be a great way to unlock a greater sense of flow near your limit.
