Sample circuit workouts:
Circuit A: Push ups, rows, lunges and leg raises. 15 each for 4 rounds.
Circuit B: Dips, Pull ups, Lever, Plank, pistol squat. 10 reps each or hold for 30 seconds. 3 rounds
Circuit for legs: pistol squats, 5 each side, lunges, wall sit, hamstring bridge, calf raises.
Push circuit: handstand hold, Dips, push-ups. 5-`0 reps each 4 rounds.
Pull circuit: Pull ups, rows, front lever, 3 rounds as many reps as possible each station.
