This 30 minute full body drop set gives you an opportunity to integrate heavier weights to help you build muscle mass and strength. If you’re not familiar with our drop set workouts, we’ll start each exercise with 2 dumbbells and then drop to 1 dumbbell. We highly recommend using dumbbells that are 5-10 lbs heavier than what you would normally use. Give this workout a go and let us know how you did in the comments!
