Hello my beloved YouTube family. In this video, I am making Homemade Donuts. Its a homestyle recipe shared by my mom as I am a huge Donut Monster. This recipe contains no eggs, so if you're a vegetarian this is highly recommended for you.👩🏽‍🍳❤

There are people who only like having classic sugar coated donuts and there are people who go crazy over assorted glazed donuts. Whichever you are this recipe is a must-try. I promise you, you will not be disappointed at all.😉

INGREDIENTS for Homemade Eggless Donuts

● 500gm bread flour
● 500gm all purpose flour
● 300ml water
● 200ml full cream milk
● 70gm sugar
● 10gm dry yeast
● 10gm fine salt
● 2 tbsp sweetened creamer (condensed milk)
● 60gm vegetable shortening/ butter/ oil

Glaze/ Coating/ Sprinkles

■ castor sugar
■ dark chocolate coins (melted over hot water)
■ white chocolate coins (melted over hot water)
■ strawberry colatta glaze
■ yam colatta glaze
■ mango colatta glaze
■ mocha collata glaze
■ lemon colatta glaze
■ colourful chocolate rice
