Updated Stage Manager with new viewing and navigation functionality
New Cylindrical projection
Frustum Border and Frustum Highlight improvements
New 'Top View' Setting to ensure correct LED Volume output
Stage Lights:
Support for fixtures with very high pixel count (1000s of pixels)
Crossfade function to mix video sample color and a solid color
