Killington, VT - ◊◊ Downdraft Headwall to 🟦 Rime (11-23-25) [4K]

Описание: Decided to tackle Downdraft after a couple re-runs on Cascade, though the massive snowmaking mounds were threatening to give me a hard time. Not too bad though! I mean, I've constantly commented on how good the conditions are for November but it really is crazy to see this run fully covered this early.

Rime was also surprisingly not as icy as in years past, though that is probably helped by having the top-to-bottom route open very early so there were fewer crowds in North Ridge.

Advice: Cascade Headwall is probably a good "warm-up" for this since it's a little more approachable and usually doesn't have the massive snowmaking whales. Otherwise, skier's left is probably more built-up since that's where the snowmaking towers are, though I personally think skier's right is easier on days like this.
