Shortbread Cookies ~ Just 4 Ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) of softened butter
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
2 cups of flour
Directions:
blend butter until fluffy for about 1 minute. Add sugar and blend for another 2 minutes then add vanilla. Add flour and blend until just incorporated.
Chill dough for 30 minutes to an hour.
Roll out your dough and cut into shapes. Place on your baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Chill your baking sheets for about 30 minutes then place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. Bake until just slightly golden on the edges ….try not to over bake them, so keep and eye on the because all oven are different.
