Losæter is a new cultural institution on a common along the waterfront in Bjørvika dedicated to a range of activities related to art and urban food production. I was fortunate enough to participate in one of their communal dinners, where all visitors help create a meal based on the food that has been growing in the garden.
I felt like I wanted to share the magic of this night with everone else too, as I haven't come across anything quite like this before.
