Illegal Townships | Tshwane declares 17 settlements unlawful

Officials say a sub-mayoral committee has been established to address the issue collectively. They say seventeen developments have been identified as illegal townships, including luxury mansion projects. These include Leeuwfontein and Kleinfontein East of the city, as well as Moshate Gardens near Garankuwa.
